IA Elite merchandising is produced and sold on demand: each item is manufactured upon order confirmation, through Printful, and the transaction is processed in the Shopify store linked from this site. IA Elite is the brand and design; the sale and payment are managed by Shopify.
Since there is no prior stock, each order involves a manufacturing time (usually a few days) before shipping, in addition to transit time. Specific timelines are shown in the Shopify checkout before confirming the purchase.
Prices are shown in euros, taxes included unless otherwise indicated at checkout. IA Elite does not compete on price with mass production: it is on-demand production of original designs, not a low-cost generic item.
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). Since these are personalized items manufactured on demand, this right may be limited in cases provided by law for goods made to the consumer's specifications — any exception will be expressly indicated at checkout.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, write to aielitelab@aielitelab.com with photos and the order number; the replacement or refund is managed with Printful.
